Crab vs MSG vs Eyebrows

The crab is a beast member crustaceans decapod of infraordo brachyura, which is known to have a "tail" which is very short or the stomach is completely hidden under the chest. MSG is a sodium salt of glutamic acid, which is one of non-essential amino acid most abundant naturally occurring. Eyebrows in most mammals were part slightly protruding slightly over both eyelids and have a bit of fine hair. Who will win?

Crab's body is protected by a very hard shell, composed of chitin, and armed with a pair of tweezers. The crabs are another name for crab.

Crab found in all the oceans of the world. There is also a freshwater and terrestrial crabs, particularly in tropical regions. Crab is a crab that live in marine waters and rarely rises to the beach, while the crab is a crab inhabitants of freshwater (rivers and lakes).

Crabs vary in size from the pea crab, a width of only a few millimeters, up to the Japanese spider crab, with a leg span of up to 4 m.

True crabs have five pairs of legs; The first pair of legs is modified into a pair of claws and are not used to moving. In almost all kinds of crabs, except a few (eg, Raninoida), belly folded under the cephalothorax. Part crab mouth covered by maxilliped flat, and the front of the carapace does not form a long rostrum. Gills crabs are formed of flattened plates ( "phyllobranchiate"), similar to the gills of shrimp, but with a different structure.

U.S. Food and Drug Administration classified MSG as a Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS / Generally Recognized Safe) and the European Union as food additives. MSG has the HS code 29224220 and EC number E621. Glutamate in MSG provide umami taste as glutamate from other foods. Both are chemically identical. Industrial food manufacturers market and use MSG as a flavor booster because these substances are able to balance, to integrate, and enhance the total perception of other flavors. A trade name for monosodium glutamate including AJI-NO-MOTO®, MSG, and Ac'cent.

Professor Ikeda Kikunae isolate glutamic acid as a new flavor in 1908 from the seaweed Laminaria japonica, kombu, with water extraction and crystallization, and named this taste umami. He noticed that the Japanese broth katsuobushi and kombu have unusual flavors which at that time have not been scientifically described and distinct from sweet, salty, sour, and pahit.Untuk verify that ionized glutamate which is the cause of the taste of umami, professor Ikeda studied the various properties of flavor glutamate salts such as calcium, potassium, and magnesium glutamate. All salts produce umami taste in addition there is also a sense of certain metals as a result of other minerals in the salt. Among the salts, sodium glutamate is the most soluble and savory, and easily crystallized. Professor Ikeda named this product monosodium glutamate and filed a patent to make MSG. Suzuki brothers started commercial production of MSG in 1909 as AJI-NO-MOTO®, which in Japanese means the essence of taste, and this is the first time monosodium glutamate produced in the world.

Shape eyebrows in humans is usually like a crescent with a rather sharp curvature at the temples. Not infrequently also found those with the eyebrows of the left and right parts are concatenated into one.

Shape of the eyebrows and the hair on the eyebrows grow direction intended to sweat or water can flow to the forehead and fell to the cheek, or toward the cheek over the top of the nose. Bone forms the forehead on the eyebrows also protect the eyes from sweat and water.

The eyebrows also serves as a barrier of various kinds of dirt that can enter the eye, such as sand, dust and dandruff. Besides the hair on the eyebrows also increase the sensitivity of the skin to feel a foreign object near the eye, for example insects coming into the eye.

In human communication, the eyebrows is one tool to express a variety of expressions, such as amazement, angry, confused, or do not understand.
